Need to be 18 to get married in Cali. Under 18 can get married only with a court order AND Parental consent.. Also must be old enough to have valid consent (must freely consent to the marriage and have the capacity to understand the responsibilities involved). That implies there is some kind of minimum age depending on the discretion of the judge.
