Dude… the term refers to their entry status into our country, not what phucking planet they come from.
The word “alien” refers to the fact that the person in question isn’t from this country…, furthermore,
if said person did not enter our country by invitation or consent, they are illegally within the borders of our country, hence the term “illegal” preceding the term “alien”.
