There’s a serious problem with these politicians staying in office way past their prime. I don’t think being an elected official should be a lifelong career. Most people retire between 62 and 70 years old. These dinosaurs stay until they die.

Yes, definitely term limits for Representatives and Senators. They will have stolen enough money after a decade in office to set themselves up for life. The system is DESIGNED to make that into a given reality.
