While I agree that with the deeply embedded two-tier 'justice' system it is unlikely that Barack Obama will ever stand before a judge -- when obviously that should happen -- much less spend even a day behind bars, still the 'Democracy' that the political Left pretend to worship dictates that an attempt at real justice just at least be made.
This, of course, will drive the Political Left into fits of rage . . . but that should be considered just a nice side benefit.
