Keep in mind, prior to Obama, the auto-pen was ONLY used to sign promotional materials, like letters, cards, pictures, etc. Obama was the first to use it (illegally I might add) to sign Congressional bills and executive orders. Of course, Biden's handlers did this because Biden was completely unaware of what was going on and not the actual President making final decisions. It's the primary reason why Trump has been signing all executive orders and Congressional bills on live TV.
