However, failure to launch of a previous administration - doesn't let the current one off the hook.
For example - a restaurant that's failing due to terrible food. All of the customers complain that the menu needs changed and updated. So the owners fire the kitchen manager & find a new manager.
The New Manager says they will take a look at the menu & update the menu. The New Manager then doesn't change the menu.
Do you blame the previous manager for not changing the menu? Or do you blame the current manager for not changing the menu?
