Between the WOKEism deliberately infused in the movie, at the director's own admission; and the Director's middle finger issued at people rejecting leftist finger-pointing messaging in their 'feel good' entertainment; the new Superman movie is set to rival Snow White for box office bomb of the year. So let's see what happens. Got popcorn?

Actually this is not the first time Superman was used for leftist immigration propaganda. In the comics(about a decade ago) a comic was done in which Superman renounces his American status saying he is for the world not for one country. . .lets just say none of the fans, including the families of the series creators, were not happy with that.

Yes; and in regard to this movie; when all is said and done it's about fan-service. If the plotting and directing is good enough and enough of the fan favorite action shots and such-stuff is done then the movie will be a success. But it its lacking in any of those areas AND also WOKE infused then it will become a box office dud.

Yes and . . . the reports are in, the movie just bombed at the box office. Hopefully this will be the end of James Gunn as any sort of a Hollywood director or influencer.
