Great humane, nontraumatic way to execute someone for all involved, that never goes wrong because all executioners have 100% perfect aim every time. Also not messy so that saves on cleaning costs which saves the hardworking US taxpayer. Makes the funeral simpler too as you can't have an open-casket and can fit the body parts in a smaller coffin (so even more cost savings for the family). Stay classy, America.

The Dignitas clinic in Switzerland uses a barbiturate drug to euthanize people painlessly in their sleep. So does your vet. The US can't do that as easily because drugs companies apparently refuse to allow their drugs for penal purposes. So you use some other concoction, which often goes wrong or takes longer than it's supposed to. (But suffering is the whole point, right? Bastards got what they deserved.)
