Thanks. We may all disagree strongly on a lot of stuff but we're still all humans at the end of the day. And we all have to share this little wet rock for the foreseeable because it's the only one we've got (until Musk hurries up and gets us to Mars instead of wasting time on Twitter).
So we may have very different opinions, but I'm glad we can still find some common ground. Leaving aside maybe hardened extremists with questionable morality or people with violent intentions who can't be reasoned with easily, or actual lunatics, we're really not all that different at the end of the day, you know.
I actually like to think most people deep down are fairly reasonable and believe in basic morality, even if we disagree on the specifics. Maybe I'm naive.
Seeing a Bible in a hotel drawer or school doesn't trigger me. Nor does seeing a Qur'an or any other religious text. It's not like I'm forced to read it anyway if I don't want to. (That's a different question. But its mere presence doesn't make me lose my mind. I've spent years in churches. It's not a big deal.)
