The goal was to stop the Iranians from developing nuclear capabilities. The bombs were to destroy the facilities and the fissile material (the blow up stuff).

They failed to either of those things.

I understand the implicature of your meme. Did the bombs miss their target. Was the depth of their blast insufficient. Was intel a red herring and the number (of bombs) deployed was not ten, except one.
