I want to help, but what can I do other than leaving America, aka Turtle Island?

Listen to and lift up the voices of the marginalized, of people of color, and the existing First Nations communities (there are many of them), and RESIST the narrative that immigrants, even undocumented ones are "illegal". They are people, first and always. As the recent ICE stupidity has shown, their work is essential to feeding our nation and keeping it running.

Also, question the conflation of undocumented immigrants with violent criminals or gangs; the privileging of immigrants of European ancestry over other immigrants.

No one is to BLAME for their privilege, for what their ancestors or people who look like them might have done, but we are RESPONSIBLE for trying to create a world that is better and juster than the one we were born into, and for everyone.

Didn't the indigenous people not believe in "land ownership"? If so, that means it was never "stolen". But I still see your point. No human is illegal on Earth.
