The potential for increased prices in the coming months is significant, particularly in tariff-sensitive sectors. The extent of the impact will depend on various factors, including business responses, economic conditions, and potential policy changes

Nah, keeping the money here keeps jobs here which increases spending power which offsets price increases. Combined with all the other things going on (lowering taxes, reducing regulations, getting rid of corruption, etc...etc...) the economy will come roaring back.

So no actual rebuttal. I'll take that as surrender.

The assertion that tariffs automatically keep money and jobs in the U.S. and increase spending power, offsetting price increases, is an oversimplification. The actual effects of tariffs are highly dependent on various factors, including the size of the tariffs, the responsiveness of demand, the reactions of other countries, and the structure of the affected industries.

Nice. An actual response.
Yes as we can see inflation keeps going down and prices are falling. I just got a $22 haircut. Never thought I'd see that price again. So I would say at the moment the conditions are pretty good.

Inflation may be holding steady for now, the full impact of Trump's tariffs has not yet been realized, and economists expect that tariffs will likely contribute to rising prices in the coming months.

Your recent $22 dollar haircut is not compelling evidence that "inflation keeps going down and prices are falling".

The annual inflation rate for the United States was 2.4% for the 12 months ending May 2025. While the monthly increase was modest, the impact of tariffs and other factors on future inflation remains uncertain.
