It's been my observation some users are out of touch with the Imgflip Terms of Use as opposed to Sitewide Moderators being out of touch with MSmg ~tradition(s)~.

I believe the definition of harassment doesn't cover my meme.
It would be harassment if I had called someone a pedophile,
it would not be harassment if I point out the absurdity in the fact that someone is calling themselves a pedophile, because then it would be a funny meme.

It's not flagged, so I don't know if that was a problem but it would make better sense if it was.
It uses words commonly used around abusive encounters- say, "TCK", "pedophile", and "12 years"- but none of those are, in themselves, reasons for disapproval.
But it's harder for the mod to be sure when they see it a day later. It might as well have been harassment when it was posted, as the user mentioned in the post might never have said anything that led to the funny meme. But the user did say funny things, and the meme I made in reaction was also funny, and no one was harassed.
