ICE won't go after the Sureños or Mexican Mafia or MS-13. The gangs aren't afraid of them and they'll shoot back. Instead, ICE goes after guys trying to work and live a quiet peaceful life.They never arrest the employers that hire undocumented people.

Even if you are correct on your whole statement (not sure if ICE would be involved at a raid on the your called out organized crime).
It does not make the illegal immigrant any more legal.
