Stupidest thing in the world is using state tax dollars to incentivize building entertainment, luxury housing, and overpriced shopping mall. Saying if you build it half ass they will come, then you have lack of water and healthcare infrastructure and nobody can afford the if you can dream it you can do it facaud.

Lol the city I lived in gave 4 billion to a airline that went out of business after 3 months.
