Yes... You didn't know what percent of the MSM is liberal... SMH

Depends where you are. Quite a bit of the world's media supports rightwing parties. In any case, is "MSM" even a meaningful term, or just a catchy new internet trope beloved by those on the political right?

Plus a lot of the media openly sides with major political parties, donates to them, and even influences election outcomes in so-called "democracies". If you control public opinion, you effectively control the country (or at least wield a huge influence that you weren't elected to hold). Bit strange for some of those parties to then bemoan the media, when they often literally are the media.

If you ever want real democracy, you need to do something about the power of the media undermining said democracy. I probably agree with you on that, just not on the specifics.

It's over 92%

What is the #1 cable news network in the US?

92% left-leaning? In which part of the world? Just the US? (And based on what studies? Sounds like you're referring to that UCLA study from 2005. That's a bit out of date, and wasn't without its problems.) But anyway, even if that was still accurate for the US in 2025, I think it really depends where you focus on to talk about the "MSM" in general. It's definitely not like that everywhere on the globe, or in a lot of other Western countries.

Here's a clue... check out what percentage of donations from journalists go to Democrats.

Again, that's specific to a US context. Whether that claim is accurate or not, I couldn't say without seeing reliable data. Maybe it is. (Presumably, you're implying that Democrats receive larger donations from journalists than Republicans do. Then there's donations from corporations and wealthy individuals and so on. Musk reportedly donated around $280 million to the Republicans. But Democrats may well receive more total donations from other big donors. I don't know enough of the stats to comment.)

My point is simply that the term "MSM" has become a widely used term across the internet, however, which oversimplifies the media landscape which varies quite a bit by country.

Yep, no one knows everything. I can find out if you want (feel free to provide sources). Just got other fun things to learn about before that.

MAGAts don't do percentages or equitable assessments. First, the words are too big for them to understand. Second, their spines are too weak for them to take responsibility for their lack of facts.

Google Translate claims "derp derp derp" means "knock knock knock" in Kurmanji Kurdish. Are you telling a joke? Who's there? (It's actually "derb" and is a noun meaning "a blow" but Google went with its closest guess.)
