Not right in the head is what you meant to say. The guy's so in love with himself he's practically a cartoon character. Straight out of a psychology textbook or Disney movie. It would honestly be hilariously comical if he wasn't also (arguably) the most powerful man on earth with access to a Big Red Button. Possibly explains why he gets on pretty well with North Korea's leader. Two peas in a pod.
Anyway he's correct about some stuff obviously. Just too wrapped up in his own ego to make most of it sensible.
