It's from this Financial Times article, titled:
The US market’s surprise comeback
And the rise of the 'Taco' trade theory
The term "Taco" [Trump Always Chickens Out] was reportedly coined by the author, FT journalist Robert Armstrong, on 2 May of this year. Then it somehow went viral because, I mean, who doesn't love a good taco?

(You can get past the paywall to see for yourself where he uses the term and read about his Taco Theory [of Trumponomics] if you use one of those remove paywall sites (of which there are tons). But you didn't hear that from me. 👀)
Tbf it was an outside joke for me too until the other day (and I don't know what the hell they are talking about either as I didn't bother reading the article lol – I just like chicken memes and trolling Trump, and what could be better than this delicious combo? 🤭🥳).
Btw my meme above is just a pisstake reference to a lot of the stuff I see on here, regardless of political stance. If they add any more text to the images I'm gonna have to start using AI to summarize them for me, and buy a better magnifying glass. 🤣 It's almost like a new meme genre: Twitter comments in image format.
