Since all executive orders are couched in legalism all presidents have to have their own final form executive order explained to them so that the end product is PRECISELY what the president originally intended. Only the Political Left pretends that this is somehow a 'new thing'.

Of course since it's quite possible that the vast majority of Biden's Executive Orders were actually auto-pen 'signed' by members of his staff while Biden was drooling in a corner, this step was obviously skipped in his case.

Biden pardoned Hunter. He commuted 37 death row inmates to life without the possibility of parole.
Trump is a convicted felon that pardoned 1600 convicted felons.

Irrelevant. The context is someone with dementia and drugged up from cancer, not able to come up with a coherent sentence for the past 5 years, having to explain all pardons, supposedly he authorized. Stay withing the context, you do know what that means right?

Trump has been analyzed to speak at a fourth-grade level, which is the lowest among the last 15 U.S. presidents. Most people his age can make complete sentences. 🤣
