By international law and the tradition of all nations, deporting illegals IS 'due process'.

Yes... that's why they have legal ports of entry...

You mean their day in court , like the J6 protesters got . . , uh , never mind

So, do you casually ignore reality or do you actively work to ignore it like American Viking does?

Because the J6'ers did get their due process. You can go and find the transcripts of their trials and convictions.

Hiding evidence of witness against them lied isn't due process. Neither is holding them without trial.

They had their trials. You can go read the transcripts. And having evidence that witnesses lied would be an easy appeal, one so easy that even a lawyer from the mall could win that.

Yet that didn't happen.

What part of lack of due process are you not comprehending?

Wikipedia has helpfully compiled a list of the trials of each of the J6ers. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cases_of_the_January_6_United_States_Capitol_attack

You'll note that they all got their day in court.

Maybe you don't understand what due process is?

Wikipedia isn't a valid source, and you also moved the goal post, so it seems you complicit in persecuting people with beliefs you don't like and using the big lie for cover. maybe you should look up what due process actually means before throwing out non-sequitur buzzwords.

As a primary source, certainly it's not that great. however, it does a great job of compiling the names, charges, and verdicts of the J6 defendants. Then links off to the official transcripts/PDFs hosted on the government websites.

So, you can then go and look at primary sources to see that they did, in fact, get their due process.

I already proved otherwise, but thanks for ignoring evedence and justifying using a source that's both wonky and doesn't try to backup your own claim.

So, the text of the links you posted show that the J6'ers received due process. It's right there in "DOJs-Cases_Agasint", "police-officer-lied-in-oathkeepers-trial", and "oathkeepers-at-trial-now." They got their days in court.

You can claim that some of the evidence was lies/fake/whatever. But they still got a trial. They got the full due process of the law.

Due process doesn't mean "found innocent". Due process means they got a lawyer, a trial, a judge, and a jury. They got to hear the charges against them. They got to confront the people accusing them.

So you haver no idea what "due process" actually is and are flat out lying.

"Due process is a fundamental principle of fairness in legal proceedings, ensuring that individuals are treated fairly and have a chance to defend their rights in legal matters. It guarantees that legal procedures are followed correctly and that no prejudicial or unequal treatment occurs. This principle is enshrined in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the US Constitution, protecting individuals from government actions that deprive them of life, liberty, or property without following established legal procedures.
