Your right, he should have done it, He should have also put so many sanctions on the African countries that were allowing these things to happen that they would be motivated to end all these terroristic activities once and for all.

I think that is a pretty far reaching conclusion, my man. I think the reason was the african govenment was denying the murders and local african governments were facilitatings the murders.. its hard to get accurate reporting from countries that wont work America.. same thing with China - they won't allow actual information to be shared with us, so we don't know whats going on over there.
