If u go to Colorado, this concept exists, but they don't have a urinal in the stall for men, and the women either have to use the toilet seat covers or figure out another way lol. Makes no sense and it's awkward waiting in line with both men and women to use the bathroom. Even more excuses is what the couple is doing in a public restroom together. So nasty.
