I'm for limiting food cards to meat, dairy, veggies, grains, and fruit. You want junk food, get it on your own dime

Exactly.

Or alternatively - SNAP should have a limitation on sweets. Or Chips for that matter (crisps for the Brits). The card should at least follow the pyramid they peddle.
