T-Rump and the Constitution

For one Trump is a citizen and cannot be deported for breaking immigration laws, but he can be fined and sentenced to jail for breaking the law. Immigrants can get all three for breaking the law. As far as the law goes, it can always be changed through a bill making its way through capital hill, turning into a law, but states also make different laws, and somehow the mess of it all is that the federal laws do not always coenside with state laws, and judges are politically inclined by a dogma to define and apply the law in a particular way upon the judges current or previous views.
