For me, it made everything seem animated. There were no inanimate objects. They were assigned numbers, letters, and each number & letter had a personality. Therefore, everything could have two styles in its personality. Like, 8 is always male. But if the object was assigned the letter D, it had a strong female attitude. Colors relate to sound & dangers. Every letter has a color normally associated, but not required to use all the time. Like 8 usually wears dark colors, never reds. Never ever. It's a way of compartmentalizing...which makes me feel less anxious. Each item that has a number & letter becomes my friend. Wow. That would have taken several therapy sessions to discuss. I was able to make my inner world much safer than my litter world. ........Still want synesthesia?
