That's the reality.  Once the leadership of a political party switches to a D.E.I. 'qualifications' system, the vote is just for show.

Aye.  Essentially David is whatever the real leaders of the DNC declare him to be.  If he's ticked off George Soros or Alex Soros, in other words, then he's toast and his rise up the Dem Party's 'power and influence' ladder is over.  This principle is why that other leftist nutcase AOC is very careful to get the Party's unofficial go-ahead on her radicalism before opening her mouth.

Despite a full panel of the DEI spectrum of DNC chairman candidates, the DNC delegates elected Ken Martin as the new chairman.  Then appointed David Hogg as one of 3 vice-chair positions
