Wrong. Get your facts straight before you hate. They were charged with violation of “22-1307 Crowding, Obstructing, and Incommoding.” That is when Capitol Police gave them multiple warnings to stop or they would be arrested. Three people didn't stop. There are other spots on Capitol grounds where this type of demonstrating is allowed.

So, I guess when Republicans don’t listen to Capitol police, they deserve to be arrested. But when Democrats don’t listen to them, they deserve a free pass. I guess the next time we “storm the Capitol” we should merely identify as liberals.
