1. It was a joke. I don't condone the killing of people.
2. When I look at the world, I see scared, tired and angry people wielding guns, and Luigi seems tired. Yes, it seems like he doesn't value the human lives of the people working in the healthcare industry enough, yes, it also seems like he wanted attention, but I wouldn't call him a monster because he killed the UnitedHealthcare CEO. It doesn't excuse him, but he's human as well as all of us. What he did was what he thought was good (it seems), which is a normal tendency in suppresed people. You gotta respect the intiative but not the act itself. Also, I just don't hate people. It's too little effort. Sure, I wouldn't like or appreciate him if he killed one of my family members, but 1. I wouldn't hate him and 2. I know my family members enough to know that there'd have to be a compelling reason to have them killed.
3. The capital punishment should just be banned, simply because it doesn't help anyone re-educate themselves, like how prison should, and it's just a comfortable way of dealing with a problem you don't wanna face. That and life inprisonment without parole.
