Unless you're talking about the kid that went with its parent(s) when they were deported... is that it? Because that was voluntary.

And imagine the left's total panty twisting if the Trump administration hadn't let the kid go with its parents! I'll help your imagination, saxy... it would go something like this: 'Trump is separating families... again!' Yes indeed, he could cure cancer and the left would come out in favor of cancer.

No the father asked for the custody of the children. Then ICE denied him the right to have the kids. ICE hung up the phone call with his wife.

Therefore the father being the LEGAL guardian would get to take the kids. Plus the kids I believe asked to go with the father.

Just a tiny fyi for you, in our legal system, any decisions related to kids generally fall in the mother's favor. Unless of course the matter is adjudicated, then it all depends of the facts of the situation.

Speaking of facts, yes I do deny that's deporting "legal citizens". It's no such thing. Those kids left voluntarily, because it's the mother who has the legal right to make decisions for them.

The father who showed up would get the kids.
