No one needs private property. Everyone needs food, shelter, and healthcare. Food should be a human right. Housing should be a human right. Healthcare should be a human right. Private property is taking away those human rights from people who need them

The reason criminals should have rights is to prevent the government from taking your rights by labeling you as a criminal. Making sure criminals have rights is something no one wants to do; however, it must be done.
