The source of the Trump gif had very little camera movement. The dumpster fire gif has camera sway from right to left, so when muxed together it presents the illusion that he is being bumped around in the bin.

This one was intentional, because I have used similar method muxing gifs with camera movement and without in the past. But, alot of outcomes in my earlier content are not intentional and just positive result from trial and error process.
