The 50 years of benefiting from the slave wages in China, (in particular) are over. They've currently got us by the balls on a lot of actual products, not just Dollar store crap. And they've got a killer military.
Something, needs to be done, other than printing another 4 Trillion and giving the People a whopping 9%. That worked out SO WELL last time.

Dictators have major issues when their captive population starts going without. The question is which population gives in first. Trumps team needs to get the message out that even with the tariffs prices won't rise as much as they did under Biden
