Images are allowed to be perverse within the stream. There's no rule saying that they can't.
He's mod abusing because no such rule exists.

The problem is that his moderation is heavily biased. He threatened to permaban me for making a joke about dick pics, which I clearly marked NSFW. That's completely not fair at all.
