That doesn't sound very realistic, although because it's our tax dollars they're doing it with, they really don't care.

But one does have to wonder if programs USAID are there as entities for the Democrats to launder money through. Just a thought.

That's very interesting, but the length government will go to to suppress free speech or disenfranchise public comment is no surprise to me.
Take my local government who have manipulated the council agenda. So you can't speak separately on resolutions or ordinances, even though they are separate categories on the agenda, because they have been put into the consent calendar, so they're all heard as one item. Again disenfranchising the people making public comment.

45 years of DOE has created 2 generations of stupid Americans.

And the allowed increase in crime has also deprived them of learning through real life. So the recent generations have been put at a disadvantage in learning in more than one way.
