Every single type of government official that does this type of act of criminality should be listed as a international terrorist and blacklisted from all government bodies and be put on their criminal record permanently and the top head hon shows that control people in mass quantities like managers and CEOs and stuff prison 10 years solid life prison no parole and $50,000 of fine. With no way of claiming bankruptcy or anything and all of your money at least 50% of it of all your assets will be taken away from you this can be readjusted if you wish but this is I'm being very lenient with this honestly very very lenient but I definitely think that if people are working for an organization like an FBI or usaid they should be labeled as terrorists end of story
