But they don't have any class. It doesn't matter, though. Californians love their politicians just like these.

Tomorrow night my City Council wants to make voting for board and commission members a secret ballot form, showing they don't want the public to know who they're voting for unit after the person is chosen.
I thought all the City Council's business had to be done before the public.
That and changing from a majority to a two-thirds vote to appoint.
I say transparency is just another chant from the wannabe cult leaders.

I hope you're going to that meeting to be heard. Those people need to be reminded who it is they work for.

Yeah I have something short written, we'll see how it goes.
Unfortunately they don't care. They're wannabe cult leaders who have another master that's not the people. But I keep trying.

Hopefully you can enlist an ally or two to loudly say the same thing you're going to say.
The City Council should at least be able to articulate why such a move is necessary. I don't think it is, but let's see what their sorry excuse is.
