Wait. Do you think that schedule and plan have only 1 definition and they are synonymous? Here, let me clear that up for you.

When you use Plan as a noun, it means to have a detailed proposal on how to do something. When you use Plan as a verb, it means to decide or arrange in advance. The verb form of Plan is synonymous with schedule.

However, I am using it in the noun form. Specifically, people can and do create detailed proposals on what to do for public health, how to harvest and distribute various crops/produce for food. How a city will allocate land for buildings, where to layout infrastructure like plumbing and power, and all sorts of health crisis. You can even create a plan for when accidents happen.

Planning a detailed proposal and then disposing thereof are two entirely different matters. The planning we can try to do, with the key word being “try.” When the plan is put into execution you run into many unforeseen problems — like more people being sick or injured than a planned medical economy can accommodate, or a plague of locusts eating the grain, or too much rain drowning out the crops. This doesn’t mean to do things haphazardly, but no central government or council of workers and farmers etc can effectively plan everything within their sphere of labor.

You will grow the foods he wants you to eat.
You will live where he wants you to live.
Your children will learn what he wants them to learn, and take fhe Jobs he wants them to have.
You will live as long as he deems sufficient.
