That the California that paid $83 billion more in taxes that it got back in 2023?

The South & Southwest aren't the only places that we have to keep rescuing every year because apparently they don't sell bricks at the Home Depot over thataways. Tornado Alley, the Hurricane Zone, and they don't use bricks, let alone cinderblock. Bricks.

And if we do let them back in, take them back as a federal territory, and make them keep that territorial status until such time as they prove they can act like a state again.
