The exorbitant sums USAID is pissing away reminds me of the $600 hammers and $400 toilet seats that the Gov was "buying" back in the 80's. There WERE no toilet seats or hammers being bought.

That's just how they were hiding money they were spending on dirty shit the GOV/CIA was doing around the globe. USAID is no different. Does anyone *really* believe they were spending 20 Million on a Sesame Street program in Iran?
