I'd say 4 years , Biden's pardons are probably going to have an adverse effect on the Midterm Elections , I mean you don't have to pardon innocent people
That's assuming the anti Trumpers in the republican party don't block him. I'm hoping in 2 years we can get a 2/3rd majority in congress so we can start impeaching congress people.
