No, that would be looking at them as a form of escapism.
Indulging in what is depressing on a rather constant basis would be addiction.
I don't see anybody expressing a need to see nude women.
If their comments on other streams like this outnumber those on those streams, well that pretty much speaks for itself.

Anyways, what I'd wanted to post there in response to was somebody stated was that these dreams began as something of a joke, or fun.
Back in the imgflip Golden Era, members would sponsor meme theme weeks. Pulp Noir Week, Bad Album Covers Week, Sulu Week, Bad Photoshop Week, Crack Ho Barbie Week (that last one went nowhere)... and then there was Cleavage Week, Yoga Pants Week, then Yoga Pants Week Extended Edition (type "boobs" or "yoga" when making tags, and those three will pop up) when Yoga Pants Week was such a hit. And funny.
But then two Karens started complaining. They said they were at work and they didn't want to get caught by the boss looking at it NSFW material which, by definition is.... and is also thus rendered optional by the flick of a switch. They were at work. Fooling around online. And they were complaining about not suitable for work material while at work.
So that incited a bit of an in-your-face rebellion in response, causing such memes to be continued to be made, and ultimately that led to the streams getting created.
If anybody was addicted to looking at nude women, there's plenty of sites online that cater strictly to that and that alone, and tad bit more, um, 'detailed'
