Normally I'd reply, "Lady, how many wars did you fight?" Instead the better come back would be, "Lady, how many wars did you vote for that I and others had to fight?"
How about "ma'am, you're right. I'll create a female only battalion and make sure they're always the first ones to see hand to hand combat ... you know ... for the equality."
