She didn't start it, but her actions contributed to the inability to control the situation. The incompetence is overwhelming all around where the focus was on DEI and not the best methods & people to control and stop fires.

It would be interesting to audit the books of the govt. offices, banks, and their staffs to see how many assets and records 'disappeared' in the flames. In a state where so much money 'comes up missing', one might wonder if the fires covered up more shenanigans.
