He KNOWS he should dismiss this 'trial' farce and yet he doesn't; even though he also KNOWS that he's probably going to get fried by a review board. So why is he doing it? He works for the Dem Party and the DNC probably has got enough on him to have his nuts in a vice. So essentially he's got no choice.
