Women's autonomy in choice vs murder of someone not inside your body. If the man who killed the woman that was floating around inside his body, and he didn't want her there, then my all means, but that's not how murder works
You agree with charging him with 2 murders disregarding his autonomy of choice in killing the woman with a meaningless, not human, parasitic clump of cells infecting her uterus?
Can you better rationalize "abortion is not murder" vs "killing a pregnant woman is double homicide"?
The act of someone murdering a woman who is pregnant is double murder, if the woman elected to have a abortion with a doctor she is not murdering herself.
If a woman decides to end a pregnancy inside her it's not murder, but if someone out side of a woman who decides to murder a woman who has not ended her pregnancy, then it is double murder. My advice, don't murder a pregnant woman.
Why would someone be so unreasonable to agree that it's up for the woman to decide who gets murdered or not, or a doctor to elect who gets murdered? I guess if this is how the cookies crumble then society will have a ton of people getting away with murder like it already does.
IT'S THEORETICALLY A CLUSTER OF CELLS AND NON-LIVING; RIGHT UNTIL THE PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF 'MAN K*LLS PREGNANT WOMAN', THEN SUDDENLY IT'S 2 DEATHS; YOUR THEORETICAL PHILOSOPHICAL EXERCISE; IS NO MATCH FOR MY PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF REALITY
