for me, every december 31st, the fireworks on and off since 7pm and it lasted 5.5 hours

in indonesia (specifically java), WHY DO MOST FIREWORKERS BE SHOOTING THOSE FIREWORKS FOR LIKE 2 OR 9 TIMES ON AND OFF EVERY 1.4 to 2.3 SECONDS? ADN THEN REGENERATES? (most of it occur at December 31st at 6:59ish PM, with a frequency variable of 2. But at 9-11pm ish: the frequency variable is 8. But at the end of the day: the frequency variable is 12)
