No, it doesn't mean the Department of Education failed, although like all human institutions, it is far from perfect. It means that a massive number of Americans are too stupid to know they're stupid, and in their stupidity, they - like the legions of underperforming middle school students - refuse to learn, indeed, are often proud of their refusal to learn.

I have lived in Canada and the United States and I declare from experience that Canada's universal care is preferable to the hodgepodge we have in the United States.I have also been treated -- for free -- in Spain, where medical care was superb. You need to get out more. Starting by getting out of The Cult.

I've spoken live and in person with several Canadians that had to use an American medical facility.

They all said the same thing - boy was that fast!

It took them longer on the telephone to make sure they would be covered than their care did start to finish.

Bot a single one of them had a word of praise for the Canadian health care system.

Said it's free so everybody is using it. There are extremely long waits to get anything done because facilities and hospitals are swamped all day every day.

If free medical care was that important to me I would stay in Spain where it's free for the taking.

Are you trying to get away from your cult?
