FJB Commuted their death sentences to life without parole. FJB is a jackass, but he didn't set them free.
Life without parole is cheaper than the death penalty, due to taxpayers having to fund both sides in their endless appeals.

Yes, I remembered that he commuted their sentences rather than paroled him only after submitting the meme. I just didn't feel like deleting it.

I'm not against using the death penalty, but I am against how much libs make it cost. The appeals never end, meanwhile the convict spends 25 or 30 years alive on our dime and their victims are still dead. Either abolish it altogether and make life without parole mean exactly that, or get it done right away.
