You need to get another trial, with a impartial judge, Fourteenth Amendment, specifically through its Due Process Clause, which guarantees a fair trial and an impartial judge; this applies to both state and federal courts and ensures a defendant's right to a fair hearing without bias from the judge.

He just violated the 14th amendment by having a judge that is related to him, and thus potentially having a bias.
