Without the holocaust, the UN wouldn’t have a hissy fit every time a possible genocide was committed, and it may be far more common than it otherwise would be. We’ve always had and always will have genocide, but due to the scale of the holocaust, we all think “never again” when we see news of another one come onto the news, and usually try to act on it. In other words, the holocaust taught the world about having responsibility for its citizens and taking action against those who threaten them. Expecting god to do all the work is just lazy and whiny. Like blaming your parents for not being there when YOU decide to climb onto a table then fall off and hurt yourself (a lesson learnt from the university of life). If you think god isn’t there at all, that’s because you don’t notice. The sunshine, the breeze, the beauty of the world that we enjoy is all God’s work, and we take it for granted.
Sure, you might not agree or even care, but instead of blaming God for the evils of the world, or the prime minister or president, or whoever, try fixing them yourself, and shut the f**k up about the beliefs and faith of other people, you grumpy sod!
